Kids Birthday Painting Party

Start with Studio Time: Check our calendar online to see if the date you are looking for is available.    Kids Painting parties usually last between 1 ½ to 2 hours (not including your set up time, and time after painting for cake, etc...)
 
Pick Your Painting: check out our varied paintings on our webpage, or make an appointment with us to visit the studio, view and pick out one from the paintings from the Kids Wall!
 
What do you get? Kids Parties at Paint’n With Friends include, include everything needed to complete the painting that you choose from our gallery.  Most canvases will come pre-sketched allowing your budding artist to put all their efforts into painting without worrying about having to draw the subject also.   You also will receive up to one hour before the party to set up, and 1 to 1 ½ hours afterwards for cake, gifts, etc. while we clean up the space. Any additional hours (or part thereof) will be charged at $50 per half hour. 
 
Can the party be held at my house?  We CAN bring the party to you.  If you have a space available or a location in mind that you can arrange your event can be held at your home, or at a private venue that you procure. Keep in mind that events held outside our studio have a travel fee.

Base pricing for our Kids Parties is as follows

• Event Fees  -   

· FOR PARTIES HELD IN OUR STUDIO:  Base price for the first ten painters $250.00  
· FOR PARTIES NOT HELD IN OUR STUDIO an additional travel fee will apply.
· If more than 10 Guests: Base price plus $25 per each additional painter
 

• You will also receive: 

  • Step by step instructions by our artist to guide them along the way, access to our aprons, paints/paint brushes, easels, and even their own canvas to paint on and take home with you at the end of the session.

  • Personalized Printable invitations (Digital Download) 4 designs to you to choose from and print at home.

​Worried about getting clothes messy? We provide aprons! Plus all of our paints are water-based acrylics.  We do suggest that your guests wear comfortable clothes that won't be ruined by a rogue splatter of paint.  Short sleeved shirts are best, and bring extra hair ties for those guest with longer hair.   

Can I decorate the space and bring a cake? No problem.  Feel free to bring some table decorations to spice up the space and bring cake, candles, cookies and cupcakes (don’t forget plates, forks, cups, & napkins).  It will be your responsibility to set-up and breakdown the decorations and food you bring in.  .
 
Can I bring in food? You can bring pizza, snacks, cakes and cupcakes, but we can’t allow cooking or raw food into the studio as per our business lease.
 
Do you have party Favors we can purchase? While we do not offer party favors we do offer the option to purchase personalized aprons for the birthday child and guests if you wish.  Click HERE for more information on ordering aprons.  
 
Can adults paint too? Yes, they can. It’s the same price.

How do I book a party? Download the .pdf file (KIDS PAINT PARTY AGREEMENT FORM) below complete and return it to us as soon as possible. Once we receive the agreement form we will email you an invoice for the party.  For your party to be booked, and your date secure we must receive the agreement form and a 50% deposit from you. 

 

Additionally, Every painter under the age of 18 must have their parent or guardian, submit a signed release form to paint at our parties, or events.
